- How quickly can you answer my question?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are addressed within 24 hours during our business hours.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please be advised that we do not currently process payments through PayPal.
- Do you ship worldwide?
No. We currently sell and ship products only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping.
- Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at info@smartgizmoshop.com with your name and order number. While we’ll do our best to process your request, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been packed or shipped.
- How long is the processing period?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays).
- How long does shipping take?
We ship only within the United States.
Delivery usually takes 8–14 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
- How do I know where my item is shipping from?
We ship only within the United States from both our US-based and overseas warehouses.
You can find the specific shipping origin and estimated delivery time for every product directly on its page, located right below the quantity selector.
- US Warehouse: Typically delivered within 4–8 business days.
- Overseas Warehouse: Typically delivered within 8–14 business days.
This ensures you have clear information on when to expect your order before you even checkout.
- Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.
- What happens if an item is out of stock or backordered?
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If restocking will take longer than 2 weeks, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).
- I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at info@smartgizmoshop.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
- What if an item is missing or damaged in my order?
If you received a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@smartgizmoshop.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@smartgizmoshop.com. Cancellation requests are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped.
